Shipping & Delivery Policy

At HeyDay, we’re committed to making your shopping experience smooth, transparent and reliable. Please read our shipping and delivery policy to understand how we process, ship, and manage your orders.


1. Order Processing
● All orders are processed during business days (Monday to Friday, excluding national and regional holidays, bank holidays). 

● Standard processing time is 1–2 business days 

● Orders placed after business hours or on non-working days will be processed on the next business day.

 

2. Shipping Rates
● No Shipping Charges: We offer free standard shipping on all eligible orders. No additional delivery fees will be applied at checkout. 


3. Shipping Partners

To ensure safe and timely delivery, we partner with trusted logistics providers such as:


● India Post

● DTDS

● First Flight 

● Preferred Courier Service 


4. Estimated Delivery Times

● Within Kerala: 2–3 business days after dispatch

● Rest of India: 9–10 business days after dispatch

 

5. Order Tracking

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address 

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, HeyDay will not refund the delivery charges. The customer will be responsible for:

●  The cost of return shipping 

●  Re-shipment charges

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate before confirming your order.

 

7. International Shipping

Currently, we ship within India only. If you’re based outside India and are interested in our products, please contact 
us to explore custom shipping options and international rates.

 

8. Shipping Delays & Force Majeure

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, external factors beyond our control (such as courier delays, extreme weather, strikes, or national emergencies) may affect delivery timelines. 
 

9. Return Shipping & Replacements 

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

●  Upon approval, we will issue a return shipping label 

●  We will refund the cost of standard parcel shipping, in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy 

Please note: Damaged products will not be replaced beyond the 7-day notification window.
